The listing below provides links to many of the undergraduate interdisciplinary offerings at the University of Connecticut . This is not an exhaustive list. Much interdisciplinary work goes on within departments, whether in the form of concentrations within a major or minor, or within particular courses.

Human Rights Institute
Offers a minor in Human Rights. Sponsors conferences, symposia and lectures on human rights.
A major is not currently offered (2009/10), but students could develop a related major via the Individualized Major Program.
- UNESCO Chair and Institute of Comparative Human Rights
Sponsors conferences and lectures on human rights. Offers students the opportunity to become student ambassadors for human rights.

A Criminal Justice minor is offered through the Individualized & Interdisciplinary Studies Program.
